BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking suspect Megan Marie Doty in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Rockledge at the Riverwalk Family Park and Nature Center.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey is seeking Megan Marie Doty who is wanted for:

■ Violation of Pretrial Release reference of Battery of a Law Enforcement Officer

Sheriff Ivey says Doty is known to be in the “waters of the Cocoa area” and was last “hooked” on March 13, 2021.

Doty has no bond.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
